Role Overview

The Sales Manager drives business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering design-oriented partition and furniture solutions to the interior design and architectural market. This role manages the full sales and project lifecycle, from client engagement and tendering to contract execution, while ensuring high standards of service delivery, strategic account growth, and long-term client partnerships.

Job Requirements

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Pitch design-oriented solutions on partitions and furniture to interior designers and architects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presentations on new systems and solutions.
  • Act as a representative of JEB Group, delivering one-stop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead showroom visits, introducing product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Fulfil client expectations by ensuring excellence in both product and service delivery.

 

Tendering & Contract Management

  • Prepare and package tender submissions to bid for sub-contractor contracts.
  • Supervise and negotiate awarded contract variations and scope adjustments.
  • Manage design changes during installation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues independently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Manage crises and risks during installation to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Sales & Strategic Planning

  • Drive efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement corporate account management strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen client partnerships.

 

Product Development & Innovation

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop new and non-proprietary products.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market trends to guide product innovation.

 

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Liaise with the finance team to follow up on unsettled invoice payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
