Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing logistics in all SOS projects, including inventory list management, warehouse management and work closely with external logistics vendors.
• Assist with showroom visits and support presentations to designers, donation network and clients, alongside General Manager and Account Manager when required.
• Ensure the smooth operation of SOS showroom and warehouse, monitor the incoming and outgoing inventory and ensure showroom is well presented at all times.
• Manage preparation of monthly logistics, sales and donation reports and in cooperation with SOS and Finance team.
• Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse
• Make suggestions to the Head of Project Operations regarding maintenance and improvements of the showroom and/or warehouse. 

Required Skills

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management
• Knowledge in furniture business is an advantage
• Strong at MS Office Skills (Excel and Word)
• Good communication, problem solving and decision-making skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
