Job Responsibilities

  • Provide design-oriented solution on proprietary partitioning & operable wall system to interior designers and architects.
  • Work with QS and PM team to formulate quotations and proposal for tender submission. Liaise best offer with main contractor.
  • Problem solving and positivity, be able to close deal under the pressure of tight lead time and design changes. Fulfill client’s expectation in terms of product and service.
  • Lead showroom visit and conduct presentation to designers and clients.
  • Key account management, strategic planning and crisis management.
  • Ensure enough efforts are made to reach sales target.
  • Able to understand and manage design changes during installation by working with PM team.
  • Liaise with finance team and follow up unsettled invoice payment.
  • Be involved in developing new and custom design.

 Requirements

  • Commitment and attitude to own and lead a project. Wiling to take on new skill and additional responsibility.
  • Presentation: ability to lead a conversation and communicate clearly and in detail.
  • Prioritization, productivity and results: multitasking, ability to focus and be flexible at the same time.
  • Product Knowledge & Quality of Work: Ability to understand system design, drawing, design solution, technical detail
  • Foresee and avoid problems.
  • Ability to work independently.
