]]> JEB Custom Projects are excited to be working with Chinese International School and to announce the kick-off of their Facades of the Future Initiative.

Sustainability Pledge is a core part of Vision 33, the school’s strategic plan leading up to its 50th anniversary in 2033. This new project will be a part of the school’s “Bridges for Good” Sustainability Pledge and will see JEB Custom Projects upgrading and cladding the school’s façade with innovative new building-integrated photovoltaics, (BIPV) solar panels.

These state-of-the-art BIPVpanels look just like glass and will be used to draw power from the sun to generate an estimated 175,000Kw annually thereby reducing the school’s carbon footprint and offsetting emissions. A project of this kind and scale for a Hong Kong school is a first and JEB are honoured and excited to be a part of it.
